The 'Darling Vista' Cottage
Our three bedroom self contained cottage has riverfront access, your own private outdoor fire pit and an enclosed yard, suitable for couples, families and short stays where you get back to nature.
THE COTTAGE
Our cottage is self contained, and set amongst nature within proximity to the homestead. It boasts its own cottage garden, large grassed area and Darling river frontage, perfect for couples, families or a last minute weekend away where you can soak up nature and toast marshmallows or enjoy a glass of red around your own fire pit.
Three bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third two singles.
The kitchen provides crockery and utensils for 6, with basic cooking equipment and appliances.
The Cottage is available for two people,
for a two night minimum $400 + brekky basket.

FIRE PIT
An outdoor fire pit is essential (gather your own wood nearby)
and comes complete with a camp oven (+ utensils),
billy + marshmallows.
FOOD + DRINKS
Take your stay to the next level and literally just turn up.
Hassle free, we’ll do a custom shop and stock the fridge and pantry with fresh ingredients prior to your arrival.

Please note, Outback Almonds is a working almond farm, and will continue to operate as such during your stay.
EXPLORE
Outback Almonds is located on the Darling River Run route, a popular tourist drive, and nearby the World Heritage Listed Mungo National Park. The Wentworth township, where the Murray meets the Darling is 40km via bitumen, and offers fabulous boutique clothing and homeware stores, coffee, and great Country fare at any of the three pubs.
There is still plenty to do at Outback Almonds when you can stay put and kayak, fish, or relax with a good book. Farm tours and smoko are available for $30pp. Lawn games and an outdoor movie via projector are available on request.
