Each August, we host an unforgettable Blossom Dinner on our almond property in Far West NSW — just 30 minutes from Wentworth and an hour from Mildura. As the orchard bursts into bloom, guests are invited to experience the beauty of almond blossom season in a truly unique way.

The evening features a five-course degustation — affectionately dubbed our “de-Garstation” — expertly catered by Verdict Catering Co. and perfectly paired with premium local wines and craft gin. Guests begin their evening wandering through the blossoms, enjoying the first two courses among the trees, before gathering in our rustic almond shed for the main meal.

Along three long rows of tables, diners share in a relaxed, communal feast showcasing the region’s finest produce and an authentic paddock-to-plate experience. Dishes feature local favourites such as Red Dirt Lamb, celebrating the flavours of the Outback.

The night concludes with a classic Australian dessert, rounding off an evening of good company, country hospitality, and celebration beneath the blossoms.
